What the current preview does, what it does not promise, and which decisions remain yours.
Current availability
Website sign-in, documentation and support are distinct from customer engineering access. Public Client downloads, paid purchases and engineering AI remain closed until their respective release and service qualifications are complete. A visible price, account or plan name is not a promise that a service can currently be purchased.
Your engineering decisions
AI-generated explanations, scripts, geometry and candidate changes can be incomplete or wrong. Independently verify recomputation, geometry, dimensions, materials, constraints, loads, manufacturing suitability and any applicable requirements. SynthCrew does not certify design safety or replace a qualified engineer.
Preview is an opportunity to inspect work, not a guarantee that it is correct. Apply is explicit and conflict-checked, but does not make an unsuitable design safe. Keep independent project backups and preserve unsaved manual work.
Accounts and permitted use
Use identities and project material you are authorized to control. Do not share passwords, MFA codes, secret keys or desktop tokens in conversations or support mail. Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, send unsolicited bulk mail or interfere with other users.
Link providers only when you control both accounts. Revoke lost or unused desktop access separately from signing out of the website. Full Access permissions allow broad execution and require particular care.
Support and automated email
Support correspondence may receive a clearly labelled, documentation-based automated answer. It is not a human review or engineering certification. Sensitive and uncertain matters require human handling. No response-time, availability or resolution guarantee is offered by this preview page. See support instructions and processing information.
Published commercial information
Published prices are in USD before applicable taxes. The app and manual CAD have no software subscription or seat fee. AI uses a shared prepaid dollar balance at published customer rates. Unused balance carries forward without monthly expiry. One-off funding starts at $5. Optional monthly target refill requires explicit saved-card consent; only the shortfall is charged, shortfalls below $5 are skipped, and future refills can be turned off in Billing. There is no postpaid debt or automatic overage. Turning refill off does not erase funds or reverse an already dispatched payment. Uncertain AI usage remains temporarily held pending evidence. Complete commercial terms, operator details, renewal/cancellation disclosures, refunds, taxes and governing-law information require confirmation and qualified review before paid access opens. This preview notice does not manufacture those terms or exclude mandatory consumer rights.
Software, notices and separate agreements
SynthCrew builds on third-party software with its own license obligations. Keep required attributions and corresponding-source information with qualified releases. See open-source notices. Enterprise deployment, custom identity integration and service commitments require a separate agreement; they are not implied by a plan name.
