The AI SDR product is provided as a managed software workflow for outbound prospecting, reply handling, scheduling, analytics, and support surfaces.
- The public site, preview workbench, docs, trust routes, and support routes are part of the shipped product surface.
- The operator workspace, inbox, onboarding, campaign management, and launch flows depend on configured backend and infrastructure services.
- Some routes may stay in preview, beta, or readiness mode while the system evolves.
- Operators are responsible for lawful use of outreach channels, connected accounts, and imported data.
- Operators must use valid unsubscribe and physical-address information when required by applicable law.
- Operators must not use the product to evade platform restrictions, impersonate other parties, or run unlawful outreach.
- Misuse of sending accounts, evasion of platform restrictions, or unlawful outreach may lead to suspension of access.
- Public preview output is labeled sample output unless and until the operator enters the real workspace and saves work there.
- Human approval remains part of the promised workflow boundary before live outbound or reply handling.
- Public trust and legal routes are part of the product contract and may be updated as the runtime and support stack change.
- Service availability depends on configured backend services, connected providers, and infrastructure vendors.
- Support, feedback, booking, CRM, analytics, and messaging surfaces may degrade when their underlying providers are unavailable.
- The product may expose readiness states instead of pretending a provider is fully live when it is not.
- Pricing may be shown publicly even when the final billing flow is still being wired.
- Public pricing does not guarantee that self-serve checkout is available in the current runtime.
- Commercial onboarding, demos, or operator enablement may still be part of access before a self-serve billing route exists.
