Use the billing portal to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel at period end. Your workspace remains available through the paid period.

There is no automatic free trial in the Launch plan. Contact us if you need a bounded evaluation before a paid workspace is created.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Billing, invoices, and payment details are handled in Stripe's secure customer portal.
No. Launch includes the workspace controls for connecting approved accounts; it does not purchase, provision, or resell Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or other mailboxes.
SynthCrew preserves your workspace data and shows a clear billing recovery state. High-impact actions pause until payment is recovered; owners can update payment details from the portal.
