SynthCrew AI SDR processes prospect, campaign, reply, booking, CRM, and analytics data only for operating the outbound workflow described in the product. This policy covers the public site, demo preview, docs, trust routes, support routes, and operator surfaces that exist in the current product.

  • We collect operator and workspace configuration needed to run sourcing, drafting, reply handling, booking, CRM sync, and video workflows.
  • We may process outreach drafts, replies, booking events, campaign metadata, and product diagnostics to troubleshoot delivery, improve quality, and verify system behavior.
  • The public preview is a labeled sample workflow. When you choose to save work or enter the operator workspace, the system starts handling real workspace data instead of sample-only output.
