Operators / repeatable runbooks

Operator workflows

Use the same sequence for every campaign: intent, preparation, review, approval, controlled action, and receipt.

Prepare a campaign

  1. Write the intent: audience, trigger, offer, proof points, tone, and forbidden claims.
  2. Attach the lead source and suppression policy. Resolve missing or stale evidence.
  3. Review sender and mailbox readiness. A provider-dependent state is a stop.
  4. Generate a sequence preview and inspect variables, links, opt-out language, and audience.

Approve or hold

Approve only when preview, audience, sender, and limits match the intent. Choose Hold when a provider fact or suppression check is unresolved. Reject with a reason the agent can use next.

Handle replies

Open Inbox and check the latest provider import timestamp. Assign an owner, capture disposition, and preserve thread context; never infer a reply from stale data.

Pause safely

Pause before changing audience or sender. Record why, what evidence is missing, and who owns recovery. Resume only after a fresh readiness check and approval.

Suppression is a hard boundary. Do not remove or bypass suppression controls to make a test pass.
