Teams, budgets and devices

Manage a workspace, understand allowance and find billing controls.

Before you begin

Sign in to the customer account and select the intended workspace. Account functions depend on the service gate and your role. Public paid purchases remain closed.

Workspace and invitations

  1. An eligible user can create an unpaid workspace or accept an invitation. Select the workspace in the account header and check the role shown on the overview.
  2. On Team, an administrator can create a one-use invitation. Copy and share it securely; it expires after one hour. The service does not send invitation email for you.
  3. Review members and seats. An administrator can remove a member’s access; this prevents future authenticated use but does not delete that person’s local files.
  4. Under Desktops, review connected devices and use Revoke for one you no longer recognize. See device sign-in.

Budgets and billing

Open Billing to see the available provider-cost allowance. An administrator can set Maximum provider spend per run (USD) and save the limit. Usage is measured at versioned provider cost, not a fixed number of requests. Reservations temporarily reduce availability; an uncertain interrupted call remains reserved until reconciled. Do not repeatedly resend it.

The published plans include a monthly allowance that expires at renewal. Purchased top-ups do not expire or renew automatically; taxes may apply. See pricing. When a billing account is available, Manage billing / cancel opens the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; check the portal’s actual status and period end. New purchases are not currently available.

If a control is missing

Check the selected workspace, role and service availability. Only administrators can manage team and billing controls. If the service is closed, wait for availability rather than bypassing the gate. Support describes the currently available request path.
