Troubleshooting
Safe recovery for installation, sign-in and interrupted work.
Installation or target unavailable
Do not substitute an unverified installer. Check availability, platform, architecture and SHA-256. On Linux follow the runtime and extraction steps, including unsquashfs, zstd and free space. Keep previous installations and profiles while investigating.
Code, secure store or model unavailable
See Connect a Client desktop for expired codes, secure-store setup and model-catalog recovery. The public Client gate may still be closed.
Preview or Apply is blocked
Do not discard unsaved documents or overwrite originals to force an Apply. Follow Review and Apply for stale candidate contents, changed originals, dirty documents and conflicts.
An AI request was interrupted
The provider outcome may be uncertain. Inspect the conversation and account usage before taking action; do not automatically retry. The workspace support form is available only when its service gate permits it. It records a request; it does not automatically send email or promise a response time.
Account or team action is unavailable
Confirm that you are signed in, that the correct workspace is selected and that your role permits the action. Check whether the account service or purchases are closed. A workspace invitation is copied and shared by its creator; it is not an email delivery. The team guide explains the available controls.
A question or permission prompt is unclear
Do not approve an action you do not understand. Stop the request, preserve the project and inspect the conversation and activity. Full access is broad local execution, not a sandbox. Start a new request with a narrower scope after you understand the permissions. See Plan and Agent.
