Sign in to the website

  1. Open your account and choose Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub.
  2. Complete authorization with that provider yourself. SynthCrew does not need your provider password or MFA code.
  3. Check the account identity before approving a desktop or changing a workspace.
  4. Open Account & security to inspect your identity, connected sign-in methods and website sessions.

Website sign-in and customer engineering access are separate. A successful login does not open Client downloads, purchases or AI. Check availability rather than repeatedly signing in.

Connect another provider

Open Account & security → Sign-in methods. A connected provider is labelled Connected; another provider has a Connect action. Connect only identities you control. Matching email addresses alone never link accounts.

Complete the provider authorization, return to SynthCrew and check the connected state. If it fails, stay signed in with the original provider; do not create a second account to force a merge. Contact support without sending passwords, tokens or authorization codes.

Manage website sessions

The sessions section distinguishes website login from desktop authorization. Sign out a session only when you recognize which access you are removing. If an error says revocation could not be confirmed, refresh the list before assuming access ended. For a connected application, use desktop revocation separately.

Recover from a problem

  • Provider refuses login: use that provider's recovery process. SynthCrew cannot bypass its MFA or password checks.
  • Session expired: sign in again. An interrupted state-changing operation must be inspected before repeating it.
  • Workspace unavailable: account settings, public guides and support remain separate from engineering entitlement.
  • Wrong account: sign out, then deliberately choose the intended provider identity. Do not approve unsolicited device codes.

If you cannot sign in at all, email support from an address you control. Explain the provider, the time and the visible error, but do not include secret values.
