Get help and follow a support case
Send useful information without exposing secrets or restricted projects.
Find an answer
Search the help center or browse a topic. For installation problems, start with platform, architecture, artifact hash and prerequisites. For stale Preview or Apply, preserve unsaved work and read conflict recovery.
Open a support conversation
- Sign in and open Support → New request.
- Choose a topic and write a short, specific subject.
- Explain the expected result, what happened and the safe error wording.
- Submit once. Check the case reference and conversation history.
Replies to web requests appear in that account. The form does not imply that an email notification was sent. If submission is uncertain, refresh the conversation list before trying again; keep the draft.
Email support
The help center lists configured addresses for product help, billing, privacy, security and legal correspondence. Use email when website sign-in is the problem. Existing company mail delivery is preserved while the support inbox records and organizes routed messages.
Simple product FAQs may receive a clearly labelled automated answer with links to public documentation. A reply can be wrong; verify it against the cited guide. Billing, account-access, security, privacy, legal and uncertain requests are human-reviewed. The email assistant cannot modify projects, log into your account, refund a payment or certify a design.
Do not send passwords, MFA codes, API keys, secret tokens or restricted project attachments. Attachments are not executed or automatically supplied to the email AI. Reply to an automated answer if it did not resolve your question.
Useful diagnostic details
Include the edition, operating system, app revision if visible, relevant layout, approximate incident time and steps to reproduce. A screenshot can help, but remove credentials and confidential geometry/text first. For a run, state whether a candidate exists, whether Preview/Apply occurred and whether CAD documents are unsaved.
There is no guaranteed response-time commitment. A message accepted by a mail provider is not proof that the destination received it. See privacy for processing information.
